Among the many golf courses in the area, the most welcoming is Les Domaines de Saint Endréol just over 30 minutes away in La Motte

KAYAKING

You can hire canoes to explore the Argens river from Nature Evasion, which is on the road to Carcès

​

BEACHES

The nearest beaches are at Sainte Maxime and Saint-Tropez

PEDALOS

You can experience the Gorge du Verdon by pedalo from Bauduen, or you can head towards Moustiers-Sainte Marie and stop at the huge Lac de Sainte-Croix by Pont du Galetas

FAMILY FUN

Zip-lining and Parkours is available in Château L'Arnaude. There is Aqualand in both Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus

CYCLING

There are four basic bikes available for your use in our cave. For something better, there is a good range of cycles to hire from Velo Pro in Vidauban. For keen cyclists, a wonderful way to start the day is to cycle up to Tourtour, take coffee in the square and then drift downhill towards the apartment. There are two good circular routes from the Château. And if you are feeling really ambitious,  Bédoin at the foot of Mont Ventoux is 210 kilometres away. Our guide to local cycling routes is here.

SKI-ING

There is good ski-ing at the Serre Chevalier resort, 270 kilometres away, with 250 kilometres of pistes spread over 115 slopes.
